VIRTUAL PRESENTATION

All presentations must be delivered in English – the official language of the conference. Each presentation, made by one or more speakers, must be prepared in English and should be no longer than 15 minutes, afterward, we will have around five minutes for questions and answers. We recommend delivering a PowerPoint presentation of your research work on the conference day.

Virtual authors whose abstracts are accepted must prepare the content for the presentation itself in one of these following ways:

  • Recording a video of the presentation (mp4 or any other multimedia file)
  • Creating a PowerPoint presentation with slides and a voice-over
  • Giving your virtual presentation live, via Zoom

For the live Zoom Presentation, you should ensure that you have a device with Internet connection, audio (from computer speakers, microphone, or via telephone), and a webcam (standalone or integrated with your monitor/laptop). Registered virtual authors will receive through email a certificate of presentation/participation and their papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings.

The organizers do not have the obligation to publish an article that does not respect the quality and copyright standards imposed in the writing of an article. Authors must abide by the deadline and the article submission process imposed by the organizers.
